We are a boutique medical aesthetics practice in Olympia, Washington. As we head into our fourth year in business, we’re proud to be a thriving, growing practice known for natural-looking results, medically grounded care, and a client experience that feels warm, personal, and elevated.
We’re hiring for our sole Master Esthetician role as our current esthetician is relocating, and we’re looking for the right person to step into this position and truly make it their own.
We’re looking for a Master Esthetician who is warm, polished, confident, and passionate about skin. Someone who loves the treatment room, values genuine client relationships, and can guide clients toward the right treatments, homecare, and next steps with confidence and professionalism.
In This Role, You’ll:
- Perform consultations, skin analysis, and customized treatment planning
- Provide facials and advanced esthetic services within scope and protocol
- Operate office devices and treatment equipment after training and competency sign-off
- Educate clients on skincare, post-care, home routines, and product recommendations
- Support rebooking, treatment plan follow-through, and long-term retention
- Maintain strong charting, sanitation, and treatment room standards
- Support front desk needs, trainings, and occasional marketing/content efforts
We’d Love to Meet Someone With:
- Active Washington Master Esthetician license
- 2–3 years of esthetics experience
- Strong consultation and client education skills
- A polished, professional, client-centered presence
- Confidence recommending skincare, treatment plans, and next steps
- Sales experience strongly preferred
- Euro Institute training or similar preferred
- Med spa or advanced esthetics experience preferred
Compensation & Perks
- $24–$26/hour depending on experience

Key Responsibilities

Qualifications
- Active Good Standing License
- 2-3 years experience
- preferred graduate of euro institute or similar
- prefer sales experience
- strong communication and professionalism
- Strong consultation, skin analysis, and treatment planning skills
