Whether you bring prior aesthetics experience or are looking to expand your clinical skill set in a high-quality practice, this position offers hands-on training, long-term growth, and a supportive team environment rooted in professionalism, respect, and high standards of care.

We are looking for a dependable, positive, and detail-oriented team member who values collaboration, patient experience, and continuous learning.

What You’ll Do

  • Room patients, obtain vitals, update medical histories, and prepare exam rooms
  • Assist providers with medical and aesthetic procedures to ensure efficient patient flow
  • Educate patients on treatment plans, medications, post-procedure care, and follow-up instructions
  • Maintain a clean, organized clinical environment and assist with room turnover
  • Support inventory management and clinical supply organization
  • Perform clinical tasks such as phlebotomy, IV therapy, injections, suture removal, and infusions as permitted by licensure and training
  • Accurately document all patient care and treatments in the medical record

Note: Clinical responsibilities and scope will be tailored to licensure, experience, and training. Hands-on training is provided.

What We’re Looking For

  • Active Tennessee MA certification or LPN license
  • 1+ year of experience in a medical office setting (aesthetics or wellness a plus, but not required)
  • Interest in learning and growing within medical aesthetics and wellness
  • Strong communication skills with a patient-centered, professional demeanor
  • Positive, team-oriented attitude with attention to detail and reliability
  • Ability to work independently while collaborating within a clinical team

Why This Role Stands Out

  • Opportunity to gain exposure to medical aesthetics and wellness
  • Supportive, high-standard practice culture with structured training
  • Room for skill development and long-term growth within the practice
  • Consistent schedule in a polished, professional clinical environment

Key Responsibilities

  • Room patients, obtain vitals, update medical histories, and prepare exam rooms for scheduled treatments
  • Assist medical providers with clinical and aesthetic procedures, ensuring smooth patient flow
  • Provide clear, compassionate patient education and communication regarding treatment plans, medications, post-procedure care, follow-up instructions, test results, and next steps to ensure understanding, compliance, and continuity of care.
  • Maintain a clean, organized clinical environment including supply management and room turnover
  • Perform injections, phlebotomy, suture removal, dressing changes, and IV insertion and infusions (scope dependent on licensure), with accurate documentation of all treatments and patient care.
  • Assist with inventory management, supply ordering, and controlled substance logs

Qualifications

  • Active Tennessee LPN license or Medical Assistant certification
  • 2–5+ years of experience in a medical office (aesthetics or wellness preferred)
  • IV therapy experience preferred (required for LPNs)
  • Strong communication skills with a professional, patient-centered demeanor, excellent attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently
  • Positive, team-oriented attitude with a commitment to professionalism, a polished appearance, exceptional bedside manner, and alignment with a high-standard practice culture
  • Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively within a clinical team, maintaining efficiency and accountability
