Licensed Aesthetician & Laser Technician with LSO

Our practice is a boutique, elevated medical aesthetics practice focused on natural, balanced results and exceptional patient experiences. We are seeking a high-performing and experienced Licensed Aesthetician & Laser Technician with current Laser Safety Officer credentials who is motivated, detail-oriented, and excited to grow both personally and professionally within a collaborative, luxury environment. Must have at least 2 years of documented experience or resumes will not be considered.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver elevated aesthetic services with a strong focus on patient education, safety, and results
• Perform advanced aesthetic and laser treatments in alignment with protocols and standards
• Create an exceptional, luxury patient experience from consultation through follow-up
• Actively market yourself and your services through social media and in-office engagement to build your personal clientele
• Collaborate closely with providers, front desk, and leadership to support overall clinic success
• Maintain detailed, accurate documentation and adhere to all safety and compliance standards
• Assist in other roles as needed, including front desk support during busy periods
• Stay current on treatments, technology, and industry best practices
  

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience in medical aesthetics
• Current Texas Licensed Aesthetician
• Licensed Laser Technician
• Laser Safety Officer (LSO) certification
• Strong work ethic with a self-starter mentality
• Detail-oriented with high standards for cleanliness, safety, and professionalism
• Coachable, positive attitude, and team-focused
• Comfortable and confident using social media for patient engagement and marketing
• Flexible availability and adaptable in a fast-paced environment
• Strong communication skills and ability to connect with patients authentically
