A well-established luxury medical aesthetics practice in San Francisco is seeking a Senior / Lead Aesthetic Injector to join its growing clinical team.

The team offers a full spectrum of services including injectables, energy-based devices, esthetic treatments, and wellness services in a sophisticated, technology-forward environment.

Position Overview

This role is ideal for an experienced injector ready to take the next step in their career.

In addition to maintaining an active injection schedule, the Lead Injector will provide clinical mentorship and guidance to fellow providers. This is a hands-on role for someone who values leadership, collaboration, and elevating the overall standard of care within a practice.

Responsibilities

• Perform neuromodulator and dermal filler treatments with advanced technique and safety
• Conduct comprehensive consultations and create customized treatment plans
• Maintain accurate documentation and uphold regulatory compliance
• Mentor and coach junior injectors through one-on-one guidance
• Support ongoing clinical education and best practices
• Contribute to a positive, high-performance team culture

Qualifications

• Active California NP or PA license
• Minimum 5+ years of aesthetic injecting experience preferred
• Strong knowledge of facial anatomy and injection safety
• Experience with advanced injectable techniques
• Prior mentorship, training, or leadership experience strongly preferred
• Professional, confident, and team-oriented demeanor

Schedule & Compensation

• Flexible schedule (minimum 2 days per week; up to full-time depending on candidate fit)
• Competitive compensation structure (base + performance incentives)
