The Role

We’re looking for a driven, highly organized Talent Partner to join our growing team. You’ll take ownership of full-cycle searches, build strong relationships with candidates and clients, and represent the JobSnob brand throughout the hiring process.

Using JobSnob’s recruiting process, you’ll manage multiple searches from kickoff through placement, sourcing and engaging passive talent, conducting candidate screens, presenting qualified candidates, coordinating interviews, and guiding both sides through the offer process.

You’re proactive, resourceful, polished, and comfortable taking initiative. You communicate well, follow through, and know how to keep multiple searches moving at once. You love to see a project through to completion and hold yourself accountable for your results.

What You’ll Do

• Own full-cycle recruiting searches from kickoff through successful placement
• Proactively source and engage passive talent across multiple recruiting channels
• Conduct candidate screens to assess experience, compensation, availability, and overall fit
• Present qualified candidates to clients with clear, thoughtful recommendations
• Manage interviews, feedback, follow-up, and communication throughout each search
• Build strong relationships with candidates and clients while representing the JobSnob brand
• Maintain accurate and timely candidate and client activity in our ATS
• Collaborate closely with the JobSnob team to drive searches forward and deliver successful placements

Who We’re Looking For

• Medical aesthetics industry experience required
• Recruiting experience a plus
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Highly organized and detail-oriented, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines
• Proactive, persistent, and resourceful with strong follow-through
• Comfortable working independently, making decisions, and taking ownership
• Dedicated home office environment and reliable computer

We work closely as a team, move quickly, and support one another in reaching our goals.

Compensation: Base salary starting at $50K + uncapped commission, with first-year earning potential of $80K+
