We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Aesthetic Injector (NP or PA) to join our team. In this role, you’ll perform advanced injectable treatments, neurotoxins, dermal fillers, PRP—and collaborate with our team to create individualized plans that deliver exceptional outcomes. Key Responsibilities
- Conduct new and existing patient consultations: review history, assess goals, explain treatment options, and develop custom plans
- Administer injectable treatments including neurotoxins and fillers with precision and aesthetic awareness using ultrasound guided techniques
- Educate patients on pre- and post-treatment care, ensuring safety, comfort, and satisfaction
- Accurately chart all treatments, maintain strict adherence to HIPAA and clinic protocols
- Maintain strong relationships with patients, fostering loyalty through results and personalized care
- Contribute to the ongoing evolution of clinic services and support team growth
Qualifications
- Active and unrestricted NP or PA license in Maryland (or eligible)
- Minimum 1 year of cosmetic injectable experience preferred
- Certification or proven competency in neurotoxins and dermal fillers
- Ability to document meticulously, follow clinical protocols, and work in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent communication skills, aesthetic judgment, and a patient-centric mindset
