We are a growing, physician-led medical aesthetics and wellness practice located in Plymouth, MI. Owned and operated by an ER physician, the practice has undergone a full transformation over the past two years—evolving from an esthetician-only spa into a structured, high-performing medical aesthetics business with a strong focus on culture, quality, and patient care.

About the Role

We are seeking an Aesthetic Injector to join the team in a part-time capacity (2–3 days/week) with the opportunity to grow into a full-time role.

This position is ideal for a provider looking to step into a high-growth environment where they can build their own book of business while also taking on existing patient demand. The incoming injector will play a key role in helping expand the practice while allowing the owner to transition more into a leadership role.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform aesthetic treatments including:
• Neuromodulators (Botox/Dysport)
• Dermal fillers
• PRP and regenerative treatments
• Conduct patient consultations and develop customized treatment plans
• Build and maintain strong patient relationships and retention
• Support practice growth through patient education and follow-up
• Collaborate with front desk and team to optimize scheduling and patient flow
• Participate in marketing efforts and contribute to personal/client growth

What We’re Looking For

• Licensed NP (preferred), PA, or RN
• Experience in aesthetic injectables (tox + filler required)
• Strong interpersonal skills and patient-first approach
• Motivated to grow a personal book of business
• Comfortable working in a collaborative, small-team environment
• Interest in ongoing education and professional development
• Bonus: Experience with PRP, Morpheus8, or regenerative treatments

Compensation & Incentives

• $50–$60/hour base
