We are seeking a full-time Aesthetic Injector for our clinic in Winter Park, Florida.
We are currently considering Nurse Practitioners and Physician Assistants who are passionate about building a rewarding career in aesthetic medicine. As an integral member of our team, you will perform injectable treatments to help patients achieve their cosmetic goals. The ideal candidate upholds the highest medical integrity, has a heart for service, and is dedicated to delivering exceptional patient care.
This role requires excellent customer service, strong sales ability, technological proficiency, social media/content creation familiarity, and top-tier communication skills. (Experienced Cosmetic RN Injector may be considered)
Applicants must be able to work flexible hours, including weekends (Friday–Saturday) and occasional evenings (as late as 6 p.m.).
Industry experience is preferred, and injector experience is a plus.

This full-time position offers $45–$60 per hour (based on experience) plus incentive opportunities and includes benefits such as 401(k), health, dental, vision, and life insurance, paid time off, and extensive continuing education opportunities.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct thorough consultations to understand patients’ aesthetic concerns and goals, uphold professionalism, ethics, and patient confidentiality at all times
- Perform injectable treatments, including but not limited to dermal fillers, neurotoxins, microneedling, and medical-grade chemical peels
- Administer treatments safely and accurately, ensuring optimal results and minimal discomfort
- Educate clients on benefits, risks, and alternatives of aesthetic procedures
- Prioritize patient safety by maintaining excellent hygiene and room readiness (equipment decontamination, sanitizing surfaces, preparing treatment areas, etc.)
- Maintain detailed and accurate patient records, including treatment plans, progress notes, and consent forms
Qualifications
- Nurse Practitioner, or Physician Assistant, (Registered Nurse only considered with proven Aesthetics Experience)
- Proven experience in cosmetic injectables preferred, Strong understanding of facial anatomy and aesthetics
- Ability to provide compassionate care and build strong client rapport, Detail-oriented with a commitment to exceptional results
- Understanding of health and safety guidelines
- Excellent organizational, multitasking, and communication skills
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends
