Position Overview

A high-end, boutique aesthetic practice in the Atlanta Metro area is seeking an experienced Registered Nurse Injector with a strong aesthetic eye and a proven ability to build and retain a loyal client base.

This role is ideal for a high-performing provider who values precision, discretion, and an elevated patient experience. The practice specializes in natural, undetectable enhancements within a luxury, client-focused environment. Key Responsibilities

Patient Care & Treatment Delivery

• Perform advanced injectable treatments including neuromodulators (Botox/Dysport), biostimulators (Sculptra), and dermal fillers
• Conduct thorough consultations and develop customized treatment plans
• Deliver results aligned with a natural, refined aesthetic approach
• Maintain the highest standards of safety, sanitation, and clinical excellence
• Complete accurate and compliant charting/documentation

Client Experience & Retention

• Build and maintain a loyal, returning client base
• Educate patients on long-term treatment planning
• Ensure a seamless, high-touch experience from consultation through follow-up
• Manage post-treatment communication and patient satisfaction
• Support front desk flow as needed (check-in/out, scheduling, daily operations)

Sales & Performance

• Meet and exceed individual production and revenue goals
• Convert consultations into treatments with a strong close rate
• Recommend appropriate services, packages, and memberships
• Drive retail sales through consultative recommendations

Marketing & Growth

• Participate in marketing initiatives, events, and content creation
• Collaborate on patient acquisition strategies
• Leverage marketing support to grow your clientele
• Maintain an active social media presence and participate in digital content

Team & Brand Alignment

• Uphold a high standard of professionalism, discretion, and luxury service
• Participate in ongoing education and advanced training
• Maintain treatment room standards and clinic protocols
  

Qualifications

• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in Georgia
• Minimum 2+ years of hands-on injecting experience (required)
• Proficiency in neuromodulators, biostimulators (e.g., Sculptra), and dermal fillers
• Strong understanding of facial anatomy and aesthetic balance
• Proven ability to build and retain a client base
• Excellent consultation, communication, and closing skills
• Sales-oriented mindset with a patient-first approach
• Experience with EMR systems (Boulevard preferred)
  

Schedule

• 3-4 days/week
• Must have availability for select Saturdays based on client demand
  

Compensation & Benefits

• Competitive hourly base pay + performance-based commission
