Aesthetic Provider

Role Overview

We are seeking an Aesthetic Injector / Provider to join a physician-led aesthetic division within an established, high-volume medical practice. This is the first clinical hire in a newly developed non-surgical medspa program.

The position is focused on delivering high-quality aesthetic treatments within a structured, medically supervised environment, with an emphasis on building out laser and device-based services alongside injectable offerings.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform advanced aesthetic treatments, primarily laser and energy-based procedures
• Administer injectable treatments (Botox, dermal fillers) as part of a comprehensive service offering
• Conduct patient consultations and develop individualized treatment plans
• Work collaboratively with physicians and clinical leadership on protocols and workflows
• Maintain high standards of patient care and treatment outcomes

Candidate Profile

Ideal experience includes:

• Strong interest in medical aesthetics and long-term growth in the field
• Experience or strong interest in laser and device-based treatments (key focus)
• Injectable experience preferred but not required as primary expertise
• Comfort working in a physician-led clinical environment
• Strong teamwork and patient-centered mindset

Schedule

• Full-time preferred (Monday–Friday)
• Limited future Saturday coverage may be introduced

Compensation+ Benefits

• Base salary + tiered commission structure (approx. 10%–20% based on production)
