A boutique, medically-driven aesthetic practice in the Charlotte area is seeking an experienced Advanced Injector to join its growing team. The practice is known for delivering natural, refined results and prioritizing a high-touch, relationship-focused patient experience.

Position Overview

This role is ideal for a skilled Nurse Practitioner (NP) or Physician Assistant (PA) with a strong background in aesthetic injectables. The provider will be responsible for delivering advanced treatments while upholding the highest standards of safety, patient care, and aesthetic outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform aesthetic injectable treatments including neurotoxins and dermal fillers
• Provide full-face assessments and develop customized treatment plans
• Conduct thorough patient consultations and education on treatments and aftercare
• Maintain accurate and compliant medical documentation
• Build and maintain strong client relationships to support retention and growth
• Deliver a high-end patient experience aligned with practice standards
• Collaborate with team members on treatment offerings and best practices
• Stay up to date on industry trends, techniques, and ongoing education

Qualifications

• Active NP or PA license in North Carolina (required)
• 1–2+ years of hands-on injectable experience (preferred)
• Strong understanding of facial anatomy and aesthetic principles
• Passion for natural, conservative treatment approaches
• Excellent communication and consultation skills
• Professional, positive, and team-oriented mindset
