Job Title: Hospitality Front Desk Receptionist (Part-Time/Full-Time)

Position Summary
We are seeking a warm, polished, and highly organized Hospitality Front Desk Receptionist to join our growing team. As the first and last point of contact for our clients, you will play a vital role in creating an exceptional guest experience while ensuring the studio operates efficiently and seamlessly.
Key Responsibilities
- Welcome and check in guests, creating a warm, personalized, and hospitable experience.
- Manage guest flow throughout the studio, ensuring appointments run smoothly and treatment rooms remain on schedule.
- Process payments, review treatment invoices, and communicate with providers regarding pricing, promotions, and applicable discounts.
- Schedule appointments and encourage follow-up visits to support client treatment plans.
- Educate clients on skincare products, treatment offerings, aftercare instructions, and studio services.
- Assist with phone calls, text messages, emails, and client communications in a professional and timely manner.
- Ensure all required documentation, consent forms, photography, and client records are completed accurately.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and presentation-ready front desk and reception area.
- Support retail sales initiatives and stay informed on skincare products, treatments, and industry trends.
- Assist with administrative tasks, inventory management, and day-to-day studio operations.
- Collaborate with providers and team members to foster a positive, energetic, and client-focused environment.
- Encourage client engagement through Google Reviews, referrals, and loyalty programs.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in hospitality, luxury retail, front desk, concierge, customer service, or a similar client-facing role.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Professional appearance and polished demeanor.
- Detail-oriented with excellent follow-through.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information professionally.
- Experience in aesthetics, wellness, beauty, or medical practices is a plus but not required.
