Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role located in Costa Mesa, CA. The position involves providing exceptional service to clients, performing medical aesthetic treatments, and maintaining a professional and welcoming environment. Responsibilities include administering procedures aligned with client goals, managing client consultations, documenting treatment plans, and collaborating with the team to deliver the highest quality care. The role may also involve staying updated on industry trends and implementing best practices to enhance client experiences.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of Aesthetic Medicine experience
- Experience in medical aesthetics, including dermal fillers, toxins, and skin rejuvenation treatments.
- Overseeing and trainings for other clinical providers and reporting directly to our Founder and Medical Director.
- Growth in leading multiple locations.
- Strong interpersonal and client relationship-building skills with the ability to provide personalized care.
- Excellent attention to detail, communication, and organizational skills.
- Knowledge of safety standards, regulatory compliance, and documentation procedures in healthcare or spa industries.
- Relevant certifications or licenses in aesthetics or medical esthetics (e.g., RN, NP, PA, or licensed esthetician).
- Passion for self-care, wellness, and delivering exceptional client experiences.
- Familiarity with industry trends and best practices in medical aesthetics and skincare is a plus.
Key Responsibilities
- Full Time Patient Care: 60% injectables, 40% skin health sevices
- Training & onboarding New Hires and existing Clinical Team members
- Oversite patient outcomes program
- Continued education for clinical team members
- Working closely with administrative team for Multi-location consistency
Qualifications
- 5+ years of aesthetic injection experience
- Valid rN/NP/PA License
- Full time position (4-5 days a week)
- Strong leadership skills
- Prioritizes education
