Boutique Medical Aesthetics & Wellness Practice Isle of Palms, SC | 30–40 hrs/week
We're a boutique medspa on the Isle of Palms offering injectables, laser treatments, hormone therapy, and medical weight loss — and we're looking for a warm, organized self-starter to be the operational anchor of our practice.
This role touches everything — front desk, scheduling, patient communications, local business outreach, event representation, and coordinating with our marketing team. You'll work closely with our provider to keep the practice running smoothly so she can focus on patient care.
The schedule is genuinely flexible: in-office hours are after 11 AM based on the daily appointment calendar, Wednesdays are typically work-from-home, and total hours can range from 20 to 40 depending on your needs.

Key Responsibilities
- Greet and check in patients, manage front desk operations, and ensure every guest has a welcoming and professional experience from arrival to checkout
- Own the scheduling system — booking, confirming, and optimizing the appointment calendar to keep the day running smoothly
- Handle all inbound calls and emails, triage patient inquiries, and follow up promptly on outstanding communications
- Support the provider with administrative tasks, paperwork, and pending to-dos — proactively flagging and following through without being asked
- Lead outreach to local businesses across Isle of Palms and the greater Charleston area to build referral partnerships and grow the practice's community presence
- Coordinate with the practice's marketing and Website professionals on campaigns, events, and promotions — gathering content, communicating needs, and representing the brand at community events
Qualifications
- 2+ years of experience in a front desk, coordinator, or office management role — healthcare, aesthetics, wellness, or hospitality background preferred
- Experience with Boulevard (BLVD) scheduling and practice management software strongly preferred
- Exceptional communication skills — warm, professional, and confident in person, on the phone, and in writing
- Highly organized and self-directed, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and follow through without close supervision
- Comfortable with community outreach and building relationships with local businesses — a natural connector who enjoys representing a brand in the community
- Genuine interest in aesthetics and wellness, with a positive, solution-oriented attitude and the ability to thrive in a small, fast-paced team environment
