Full-Time Front Office Concierge/Front Desk Receptionist
Facial Plastic Surgery and Aesthetics Practice
We are a boutique, high-end Facial Plastic Surgery practice in Zionsville, Indiana, specializing in facial rejuvenation surgery, rhinoplasty, injectables, aesthetic procedures, and medical-grade skincare. We pride ourselves on providing an exceptional, concierge-style experience for every patient in a warm, professional, and team-oriented environment. We are seeking a polished, reliable, and personable Front Desk Receptionist to join our team part-time.
About the Role
As the first point of contact for our patients, the Front Desk Receptionist plays a vital role in setting the tone for the patient experience. We are looking for someone who thrives in a professional, patient-focused environment and enjoys being part of a cohesive, high-performing team. Key Responsibilities
- Greet patients warmly, check them in/out, and assist with scheduling and inquiries
- Answer and direct phone calls with professionalism and care
- Maintain accurate appointment scheduling and patient flow
- Manage patient intake forms and electronic medical record (EMR) updates
- Maintain a polished and organized reception area
- Setting up for in-office procedures
- Taking standardized before and after photos
- Support coordination of communication between patients, aesthetician, and surgeon
- Ensure every patient feels welcomed, informed, and valued
Ideal Candidate
- Minimum of 1–2 years of front desk or customer-facing experience (medical, dental, spa, or aesthetic experience preferred)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Highly organized and dependable, with strong attention to detail
- Comfortable working in a boutique, high-end environment with a focus on patient experience
- Proficient with scheduling software and general office technology
- Professional appearance and demeanor
- Looking for a stable, long-term role rather than a short-term stepping stone
Work Schedule & Compensation
• Part-time position (approximately 20–25 hours/week)
• Typical schedule: [Mondays and Thursdays 8am-5pm, Wednesday mornings 8am-12pm)
• Competitive hourly rate commensurate with experience ($21/hr)
