About Our Practice
Our Practice is a luxury, evidence-based medical spa dedicated to the art and science of healthy, radiant skin. Our team blends medical expertise with an elevated client experience—where every detail reflects care, confidence, clinical excellence, and a healthy-skin-first ethos.
We are seeking a Part-Time Front Desk / Reception Associate who embodies professionalism, warmth, and a passion for aesthetics for both our Woburn and Winchester, MA locations. This individual will play a vital role as the first & last impression of our practice— and for the right person, front-of-house excellence and practice operations aren't just a job, they're a career.
Compensation
• Hourly rate commensurate with experience starting at $22/hr with commission and bonus opportunities
• Administrative growth potential within an expanding, high-end medical aesthetics practice
Schedule
• Maximum 20 hours per week (or per diem)
• Required availability: weeknights and some Saturdays with flexibility to cover as needed
• Must be available to work at both Winchester and Woburn locations as needed

Key Responsibilities
- Greet and check in/out patients with professionalism and warmth
- Support clinicians by wrapping sales, assisting in room turnover, ensuring treatment flow efficiency, and maintaining facility appearance, organization, and cleanliness
- Confidently upsell memberships, packages, and individualized skincare/treatment plans
- Collect payments, process sales, and provide after-care instructions
- Answer and direct phone calls promptly. Client Outreach and leads calls as directed
- Assist with internal operations support
Qualifications
- Prior experience in front desk customer service at a salon, spa, medical office REQUIRED
- Strong communication and calm, polished demeanor
- Confidence in sales and client education
- Reliable, detail-oriented, able to multitask and problem solve in a fast-paced environment
- Tech-savvy with experience using scheduling and payment software. Boulevard experience highly preferred.
- Passion for aesthetics, skincare, and wellness. We're looking for someone who is genuinely passionate about the art of client experience and practice administration — and who sees a long-term career path in operational excellence, not a stepping stone
