Job Description
We are looking for a Front Desk Coordinator (FDC) with exceptional communication skills and a an ability to provide white glove service for our patients within a boutique facial plastic surgery practice in the heart of Beverly Hills. The FDC will be directly responsible for coordinating patient appointments, answering phone calls/emails related to consultations, skincare education/sales, and scheduling a comprehensive suite of surgical cosmetic treatments. Our practice has established one of the best reputations in the medical aesthetic industry. Key Responsibilities
- Respond to inquiries (via phone and walk in) regarding procedures (cosmetic surgery, hair).
- Assess needs. Present benefits and features of services and procedures.
- Review and ensure solid clinic schedule for the doctor. Closely monitor schedule, ensuring cancellations are filled.
- Schedule cosmetic procedures, pre-op and post-op appointments.
- Retain patients by recommending other services such as non-surgical treatments, skincare consultation, or laser services.
- Maintain contact with patients throughout the entire experience to ensure a positive experience.
Qualifications
- 1-2 years of work experience in plastic surgery or medical office a plus
- Ability to exert subtle motivation and influence
- Proven track record in meeting and/or exceeding goals
- Proven track record for working as part of a highly collaborative patient management team
- Superior written and verbal communication skills
- Strong attention to detail, ability to multi-task and organize
