Job Description
We are seeking a Full-time Front Office Coordinator to join an established Hair Restoration Practice. This is a patient-facing role for someone who is polished, personable, highly organized, and passionate about creating an exceptional experience.
The ideal candidate thrives in a busy, high-touch environment and understands that the front office sets the tone for the entire patient experience. You'll be responsible for creating a warm, welcoming, concierge-level experience while supporting the day to day operations of the practice.

Key Responsibilities
- Welcome and Check in patients while creating a warm professional first Impression
- Maintain awareness of the daily schedule and help ensure the clinic runs smoothly
- Keep the flow of the Office Going
- Support practice growth by proactively promoting services and Encouraging Patent reviews
- Communicate effectively with patients, Providers and team members
- Hours Monday - Friday 9:00-6:00pm
Qualifications
- Prefer 2+ years of front desk or front Office experience preferably in Dermatology or another medical setting but will train
- High school Diploma or Equivalent
- Professional, Polished, and confident communication Style
- Positive, energetic and proactive can-do attitude
- Comfortable learning and speaking confidently about treatments, services and products
- Ability to multitask and remain composed in a fast paced environment
