Join Our Growing Medical Spa Team!

We are seeking a friendly, polished, and highly organized Front Desk Coordinator to be the face of our busy, fast-paced medical spa. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with a strong customer service background and prior experience in the aesthetics industry who thrives in a team-oriented environment.

As our Front Desk Coordinator, you will create an exceptional first impression for every client while ensuring the daily operations of the front office run smoothly and efficiently. The ideal candidate is professional, detail-oriented, proactive, and passionate about aesthetics and patient care.

Responsibilities

  • Welcome clients with warmth and professionalism.
  • Schedule, confirm, and manage appointments efficiently.
  • Answer incoming phone calls, texts, and emails promptly.
  • Check clients in and out while maintaining accurate records.
  • Process payments and explain treatment packages.
  • Recommend and sell skincare products and services when appropriate.
  • Coordinate with providers to maintain an efficient daily schedule.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and inviting reception area.
  • Assist with inventory, retail displays, and administrative tasks.
  • Deliver an exceptional client experience from start to finish.

Qualifications

  • Required: Previous experience working in a medical spa, aesthetic practice.
  • Knowledge of aesthetic treatments, skincare products, and medical spa services.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong multitasking and organizational abilities.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
  • Professional appearance and positive attitude.
  • Reliable, punctual, and a team player.
  • Retail sales experience is a plus.

Compensation & Benefits

  • $25–$28/hour, based on experience and schedule
  • Flexible 4-day workweek preferred
