Medical Spa Front Desk Coordinator

Pay: $25–$28/hour

We're seeking a polished, friendly, and highly organized Front Desk Coordinator to be the welcoming face of our busy, patient-focused practice. As the first point of contact for our clients, you'll play a vital role in creating a warm, professional atmosphere while ensuring the front office operates efficiently each day. What You'll Do

• Welcome clients with warmth, professionalism, and exceptional customer service
• Schedule, confirm, and manage appointments efficiently
• Answer incoming phone calls, texts, and emails promptly
• Check clients in and out while maintaining accurate patient records
• Process payments and explain treatment packages
• Recommend skincare products and services when appropriate
• Coordinate provider schedules to ensure efficient patient flow
• Maintain a clean, organized, and inviting reception area
• Assist with inventory, retail displays, and general administrative tasks
• Deliver an outstanding client experience from start to finish

What We're Looking For

• Experience in a medical spa, plastic surgery, dermatology, cosmetic dentistry, or another patient-facing healthcare environment preferred
• Candidates with exceptional customer service experience from luxury hospitality or retail environments are also encouraged to apply
• Knowledge of aesthetic treatments, skincare products, and medical spa services is a plus
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
• Professional appearance and positive attitude
• Reliable, punctual, and team-oriented
• Retail sales experience is a plus
