Compensation is structured as a competitive base plus commission, with strong earning potential supported by established patient volume and continued practice growth. This role is ideal for an injector who thrives in a collaborative environment, values medical oversight, and is motivated by performance-based earnings.
Availability for weekday evenings and Saturdays is required.

Key Responsibilities
- Perform cosmetic injectable treatments including Botox, Dysport, and dermal fillers
- Conduct comprehensive consultations and develop customized treatment plans
- Educate patients on procedures, risks, aftercare, and long-term skin health
- Deliver natural, balanced aesthetic results aligned with practice standards
- Build strong patient relationships to support retention and referrals
- Collaborate with the Medical Director and clinical team to support clinic operations
Qualifications
- Active Texas RN, NP, or PA license
- Minimum of 2+ years of hands-on injecting experience in a medical spa or aesthetic practice
- Advanced knowledge of facial anatomy, injection safety, and complication awareness
- High-level proficiency with neurotoxins and dermal fillers
- Ability to independently manage consultations, treatment planning, and documentation
- Strong communication skills with a professional, patient-first approach and availability to work Saturdays and weekday evenings
