Experienced Aesthetic RN/NP/PA

Our office is seeking an experienced Aesthetic Injector to join our established and growing aesthetic practice. We are looking for a highly skilled NP, PA, or RN with a proven track record of delivering exceptional aesthetic results and creating long-term patient relationships.

Qualifications

• Active California NP, PA, or RN license in good standing
• Minimum 3+ years of aesthetic medicine experience
• Extensive experience with neuromodulators and dermal fillers
• Experience performing non-invasive aesthetic procedures, including:
• IPL (Intense Pulsed Light)
• Radiofrequency Microneedling
• Laser Hair Removal
• Skin Tightening and Rejuvenation Treatments
• Resurfacing Lasers
• Proficiency with products such as Botox, Dysport, Daxxify, Juvederm, Restylane, Radiesse, 
• Strong consultation, treatment planning, and patient education skills
• Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities
• Ability to recommend and convert comprehensive treatment plans
• Professional appearance and exceptional bedside manner

Responsibilities

• Perform aesthetic consultations and develop customized treatment plans
• Administer cosmetic injectables including neuromodulators, dermal fillers, and biostimulatory injectables
• Perform non-invasive aesthetic treatments including IPL, RF Microneedling, Laser Hair Removal, and other energy-based procedures
• Educate patients regarding treatment options, expected outcomes, and post-treatment care
• Deliver an exceptional patient experience from consultation through follow-up
• Collaborate with physicians and clinical staff to achieve optimal patient outcomes
• Maintain accurate patient records and treatment documentation
• Participate in practice growth initiatives, patient events, and marketing efforts
