Job Description
The Executive Patient Coordinator is a patient facing, revenue-accountable role responsible for guiding prospective and existing patients through the full consultation, financial, and scheduling journey for hair restoration procedures. This role delivers a white-glove, concierge-level experience while maintaining the highest standards of discretion, compliance and professionalism.
The position does not manage people and does carry clinical authority. Performance is measures by patient satisfaction, accuracy, conversion outcomes, and alignment with organizational standards.

Key Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned patient accounts
- Deliver a luxury, concierge-style patient experience
- Educate patients on procedures, timelines, and Expectations in coordination with clinical teams
- Maintain timely, professional communication throughout the patient journey
Qualifications
- 3+ years in a patient facing or high ticket consultative or sales role
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Comfort discussing pricing and scheduling
- CRM proficiency (PatientNow preferred)
- High level of discretion
- Luxury Service or concierge healthcare experience
