Job Description

A growing medical aesthetics and wellness practice in the Macon, GA area is seeking a skilled and

personable Licensed Esthetician to join its expanding team.

This is an exciting opportunity for someone who is passionate about aesthetics, enjoys building long-term

patient relationships, and wants to play a meaningful role in the continued growth of an established

practice.

The practice is open to either:

● A full-time esthetician, or

● A strong part-time candidate (2–3 days/week) with the potential to grow into a larger schedule

over time.

What You’ll Be Doing

● Performing advanced aesthetic and device-based treatments

● Collaborating closely with the Nurse Practitioner on treatment planning and patient care

● Helping guide patients through comprehensive aesthetic consultations

● Supporting practice growth through exceptional patient experience, retention, and education

● Contributing to retail, memberships, and overall treatment plan conversion

● Laser Hair Removal

● IPL / Laser Facials

● SkinPen Microneedling

● SkinWave Facial Treatments

● Brow Services & Tinting

● Additional aesthetic technologies and services

Ideal Background

The ideal candidate is:

● Experienced within medical aesthetics or a medspa environment

● Comfortable performing advanced aesthetic treatments and working with devices/lasers

● Warm, polished, and highly patient-focused

● Motivated to help grow a practice and build a loyal clientele

● Team-oriented and collaborative with providers

● Interested in long-term growth within a thriving aesthetic practice
