We are seeking a skilled and growth-minded Aesthetic Nurse Practitioner or Physician Associate to join our established, high-performing medical aesthetics practice in Southern Oregon.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Perform comprehensive aesthetic consultations and develop customized treatment plans
• Administer injectable treatments, including neurotoxins, dermal fillers, and biostimulators (Sculptra)
• Perform laser treatments (if applicable)
• Build and maintain strong, long-term patient relationships
• Collaborate with a highly experienced clinical team
• Maintain accurate medical documentation and uphold the highest standards of patient care

What We’re Looking For

• Active NP or PA license (or eligibility for licensure) in the state of Oregon
• 2+ years of experience in medical aesthetics (or strong foundational training with a desire to grow in a high-level practice)
• Experience with neurotoxins, dermal fillers, and aesthetic consultations
• Strong understanding of facial anatomy and aesthetic principles
• Passion for delivering natural, refined results
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Growth mindset with a desire for continued learning and development
