We are seeking a skilled and growth-minded Aesthetic Nurse Practitioner or Physician Associate to join our established, high-performing medical aesthetics practice in Southern Oregon.

What You’ll Be Doing
- Perform comprehensive aesthetic consultations and develop customized treatment plans
- Administer injectable treatments, including neurotoxins, dermal fillers, and biostimulators (Sculptra)
- Perform laser treatments (if applicable)
- Build and maintain strong, long-term patient relationships
- Collaborate with a highly experienced clinical team
- Maintain accurate medical documentation and uphold the highest standards of patient care
What We’re Looking For
- Active NP or PA license (or eligibility for licensure) in the state of Oregon
- 2+ years of experience in medical aesthetics (or strong foundational training with a desire to grow in a high-level practice)
- Experience with neurotoxins, dermal fillers, and aesthetic consultations
- Strong understanding of facial anatomy and aesthetic principles
- Passion for delivering natural, refined results
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Growth mindset with a desire for continued learning and development
