Co-Founder & Aesthetic Injector

Are you a skilled aesthetic injector who dreams of owning your own med spa — but doesn't want to navigate the business side alone?

We are looking for an experienced NP or RN to co-found and lead a new med spa location in Washington State. You bring the clinical excellence and client relationships. We bring everything else.

Our expertise spans marketing, operations, finance, pricing strategy, and growth — and we have a proven track record of launching and scaling successful med spa locations.

The Opportunity

As Co-Founder and Lead Injector, you will be the clinical heart of a new med spa built around you. You'll have the autonomy to shape the patient experience and clinical culture, with Amara handling the operational heavy lifting from day one.

This role is ideal for an injector who is ready to lead — without having to figure out operations, marketing, staffing, accounting, or business systems on their own.

Your Role

• Serve as the Co-Founder, clinical lead, and face of the med spa
• Perform a full range of aesthetic injectable and aesthetic treatments
• Build and grow a loyal client base through exceptional care and relationship-driven sales
• Define and maintain the service menu based on market demand and your expertise
• Help manage clinical staff as the practice grows
• Collaborate with Amara on strategy, expansion, and business decisions
• If applicable and qualified, serve as Medical Director of the practice

• Compliance and regulatory support
• Financial reporting and back-office administration
• Ongoing business strategy and growth planning
  

Who We're Looking For

• Licensed NP or RN in Washington State (NP strongly preferred for Medical Director eligibility)
• Minimum 3 years of aesthetic injector experience
• Demonstrated ability to build and retain a client base
• Strong communicator with a natural ability to connect with clients
• Entrepreneurial mindset — you want to own something, not just clock in
• Comfortable collaborating with a business partner while leading clinically
  

Compensation & Equity

This is a co-founder role with meaningful upside driven by business performance. Exact compensation structure is flexible based upon you goals and preferences and will be discussed during the interview process. Expect a competitive base, profit sharing, and bonuses tied to the success of the location.
