Responsibilities:

· Deliver top-tier cosmetic treatments with the support of our clinical team.

· Guide patients on their skincare journey by recommending personalized regimen and the best products.

· Empower patients and staff with knowledge about cosmetic products and procedures, and cross-promote services to enhance patient outcomes.

· Address patient concerns or adverse reactions with professionalism and empathy.

· Embrace a variety of tasks and responsibilities that keep each day exciting and fulfilling.

What We’re Looking For:

Licensed Clinical Aesthetician: Valid license in the state of Illinois. Laser experience is a MUST & not preferred,

Expert in the following treatments: Sciton BBL, Moxi, Halo, Forma, Morpheus 8, Laser Hair Removal, Microneedling, Peels, HydraFacials, Dermaplaning, MLD’s

Customer Service Excellence: Outstanding communication skills and a customer-first approach.

Experienced Professional: 5 years of experience preferred in a similar role with a practice that provides the highest level of surgical, cosmetic, and aesthetic service.

Tech-Savvy: Familiarity with Nextech or similar systems, EMR, knowledgeable about medical terminology and HIPAA laws.

Dynamic Personality: An outgoing, professional demeanor ready to join a vibrant team.

Flexible Schedule: Occasionally work outside normal business hours at our Chicago and Winnetka locations as needed.

Schedule:

• 8 hour
• Monday to Friday
• Weekends as needed

Pay:

• Hourly & Commission pay

Experience:

• Customer service: 5 years of experience preferred in a similar role with a practice that provides the highest level of surgical, cosmetic, and aesthetic service

License/Certification:

• Esthetician License (Required)
