About the Role

The practice is seeking an experienced Clinic Manager to oversee daily operations at its Atlanta location. This role sits at the intersection of healthcare operations, clinical quality, and elevated patient experience.

The ideal candidate is a hands-on leader who understands the importance of maintaining rigorous clinical standards while creating a seamless, welcoming environment for patients. This individual will partner closely with physicians and leadership to ensure operational excellence, regulatory compliance, team performance, and an exceptional patient journey.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee daily clinic operations, ensuring efficient workflows, patient flow, scheduling, and a premium patient experience
• Maintain strict adherence to HIPAA, OSHA, MQSA (where applicable), and all relevant healthcare regulations
• Partner with physicians and clinical leadership to uphold quality standards and consistency across patient care pathways
• Lead clinical quality assurance processes, safety checks, audits, and operational improvements
• Manage, mentor, and develop clinical and administrative team members
• Foster a culture of accountability, professionalism, hospitality, and clinical excellence
• Serve as a resource for patient concerns, ensuring issues are handled with empathy and sound judgment
• Manage inventory, supplies, equipment maintenance, and vendor relationships
• Support recruiting, onboarding, training, and ongoing performance development of staff
• Monitor key operational metrics including patient satisfaction, quality measures, productivity, and revenue performance
• Assist with budgeting, staffing plans, and financial oversight
• Implement policies and procedures that support efficiency, compliance, and exceptional care delivery
• Partner with leadership and marketing teams on growth initiatives and community outreach
• Help maintain a polished, welcoming environment that reflects the practice’s premium standards

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Healthcare Administration, Nursing, or related field preferred (or equivalent experience)
• 3+ years of experience managing clinic, medical practice, or healthcare operations
• Proven experience leading teams in a clinical environment
• Strong understanding of healthcare compliance requirements, including HIPAA and OSHA
• Experience with EHR and practice management systems
• Excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to balance operational efficiency with patient-centered care
• Current CPR/BLS certification or ability to obtain within 30 days

Preferred Qualifications

• Clinical background (RN, radiologic technologist, or similar healthcare credential) strongly preferred
• Experience with diagnostic imaging, laboratory operations, or quality assurance programs
• Background in women’s health, aesthetics, wellness, or luxury healthcare environments
• Experience launching a new clinic, practice, or healthcare location
• Familiarity with imaging services, IV therapy, hormone optimization, or wellness treatments
• Experience with P&L management and budget oversight
• Bilingual English/Spanish a plus
