We are a well-established medical aesthetics practice in the heart of Brickell, Miami, specializing in laser liposuction and body contouring procedures. Our practice is built on delivering exceptional patient outcomes, personalized care, and a premium patient experience. With over 6 locations nationwide and plans for international expansion, we are continuing to grow and are looking for a hands-on operational leader to take our practice to the next level.
About the Role
We are seeking a Chief Operating Officer (COO) to oversee the day-to-day operations of our practice, drive growth, efficiency, and operational excellence. This is a hands-on leadership role for someone who thrives in a fast-paced clinical environment and is an avid problem solver, knows how to lead teams, and constantly seeks innovative, data-driven approaches to improve operational efficiency and business performance.
Requirements
- Bilingual: English and Spanish (fluent) — required
- 100% on-site availability at our Brickell location — required
- Proven P&L management and budgeting experience
- Strong leadership and team development skills
- Proficiency with business intelligence tools, CRM systems, and operational software
- Bachelor's degree preferred; MBA or healthcare administration degree a plus

Key Responsibilities
- Oversee daily operations of the practice, including scheduling, staffing, patient flow, and facility management
- Lead, develop, and manage cross-functional teams including front desk, patient coordinators, clinical support staff, and administrative personnel
- Ensure full compliance with OSHA, HIPAA, and all applicable healthcare regulations
- Manage vendor relationships, contract negotiations, and supply chain for medical and operational needs
- Analyze operational and financial data to identify trends and support executive decision-making
- Partner with ownership on strategic planning, marketing initiatives, and growth opportunities
Qualifications
- Bilingual: English and Spanish (fluent)
- 100% on-site availability at our Brickell location
- Senior operations leadership experience (COO, Director of Operations, VP of Operations, General Manager, or similar)
- Experience in healthcare, medical aesthetics, med spa, dental, or a related clinical environment
- Knowledge of healthcare compliance standards (OSHA, HIPAA)
