Center Manager | Medical Aesthetics & Wellness

About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Center Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of a growing medical aesthetics and wellness practice. This role will lead the team, optimize operations, elevate the client experience, manage inventory, and support revenue growth.

The ideal candidate is a strong people leader with excellent organizational skills, business acumen, and a client-first mindset.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead, manage, train, and coach clinical and administrative team members.
• Oversee daily operations, workflow, policies, procedures, and office efficiency.
• Set and monitor revenue goals and develop strategies to achieve business objectives.
• Track performance metrics and create action plans to improve team and center performance.
• Maintain a high level of customer service and resolve client concerns effectively.
• Build strong relationships with clients, employees, and local business partners.
• Identify opportunities for business development, new services, and process improvement.
• Manage inventory, ordering, product usage, and cost control.
• Ensure compliance with applicable HIPAA, OSHA, DEA, and other regulatory requirements.
• Support medical record management, safety, and quality assurance initiatives.
• Communicate operational updates, challenges, and recommendations to leadership.

Qualifications & Skills

• Previous management experience in medical aesthetics, wellness, healthcare, or a similar client-focused environment.
• Strong leadership, coaching, and team-building abilities.
• Excellent communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.
• Experience managing revenue goals, KPIs, or team performance.
• Strong customer service and relationship-building skills.
• Experience with inventory and operational management.
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, growth-oriented environment.
• Knowledge of healthcare compliance and regulations preferred.
