Bilingual Patient Care Coordinator (Sales)

We are seeking an experienced and dedicated Patient Care Consultant (PCC) to join a high-end cosmetic surgery practice. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a luxury, patient-centered environment and excels at building trust, understanding client goals, and guiding patients through premium aesthetic services.

As a Patient Care Consultant (PCC), you will:

• Meet or exceed monthly sales goals and key patient-satisfaction metrics
  
• Use consultative, relationship-driven techniques to connect with patients, understand their aesthetic goals, and recommend appropriate services
  
• Partner closely with medical providers to ensure a smooth, well-coordinated patient journey
  
• Support the team with additional responsibilities as needed
  

Requirements

• 5+ years of consultative sales experience, ideally within medical aesthetics or other luxury service industries
  
• Strong communication skills with the ability to build rapport quickly
  
• Self-motivated, adaptable, and comfortable working both independently and collaboratively
  
• Experience with CRM tools
  
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Suite
  
• Availability to work weekends based on business needs
  

Preferred but Not Required

• Bilingual (Spanish)
  
• Salesforce experience
  

Physical Demands

• Ability to sit or stand for extended periods (8–12 hours)
  
• Ability to push, pull, or lift up to 25 lbs
