Employment Type: Part-Time / Full-Time
Our Practice is seeking an experienced and highly organized Back Office Patient Coordinator to join our growing team. This role is ideal for someone with prior med spa experience who thrives in a fast-paced aesthetic environment and understands the importance of patient experience, workflow efficiency, and attention to detail.
Responsibilities:
- Prepare treatment rooms and maintain back office organization
- Assist providers with patient flow and treatment coordination
- Manage inventory and restock clinical supplies as needed
- Take patient photos and assist with charting/documentation
- Support patient check-in/check-out process when needed
- Ensure cleanliness and overall presentation of the clinic
- Educate patients on pre/post care instructions
- Coordinate scheduling and assist with daily operations
- Maintain a professional, welcoming patient experience
Requirements:
- MUST have previous medical spa experience
- Strong understanding of aesthetic treatments and terminology
- Excellent communication and multitasking skills
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Professional appearance and demeanor
- Team player with a positive attitude
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with EMR/charting systems
- Knowledge of injectables, lasers, and skin treatments
- Sales or patient conversion experience is a plus
