Aesthetician

We are a medical and cosmetic practice in West Village, Manhattan with a board-certified dermatologist. The neighborhood has a demand for an excellent aesthetician who can perform thorough extractions and skin rejuvenation with minimal inflammation or irritation to the skin.

The ideal candidate would have over three years of experience at a spa, dermatology, plastic surgery, or aesthetic practice, hold an active license to work in New York, and be a solid communicator who can identify the client's needs and skin care requirements. The aesthetician's services would complement the skin care regimen, medical treatment, and cosmetic services provided by the dermatologists. Finally, the aesthetician is expected to perform services courteously, professionally, and in a timely manner.

The candidate will be engaged as a 1099 independent contractor with commission-based earnings. Providers can expect average earnings equivalent to approximately $65/hour, with strong upside tied to treatment volume, client retention, and overall performance.

Must obtain liability insurance before signing the contract.

Working hours are Monday 10am-6pm, Tuesday, 9:30am-5:30pm, Wednesday, Thursday, Friday, 9am-5pm.
