Aesthetician

We are a large and well-established medical practice, seeking a highly experienced Licensed Medical Aesthetician to join our growing team at our Fort Myers location in beautiful Southwest Florida. This role is ideal for a motivated, career-minded professional who is passionate about aesthetics, patient care, and contributing to the growth of a medical aesthetics program.

The ideal candidate is goal-oriented, self-motivated, personable, and thrives in a collaborative, patient-focused environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality, professional skin care and aesthetic treatments in a medical practice setting
• Educate patients on skin health, treatment options, and recommended products
• Confidently promote and expand the aesthetic services offered within the practice
• Market and recommend skin care products to patients based on individual needs
• Maintain accurate patient records and adhere to all clinical and safety protocols
• Collaborate effectively with providers and staff to deliver exceptional patient experiences
  

Position Requirements

• Active Esthetician License (required)
• Minimum of 3 years of experience as an aesthetician, preferably in a medical setting
• Proficiency in a variety of skin care treatments and aesthetic procedures
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Enthusiastic, professional, and patient-focused demeanor
• Ability to work independently while contributing positively to a team environment
