Aesthetic & Wellness Nurse Practitioner

We have been thriving for 4 years and we are continuing to grow! We are looking for the right Nurse Practitioner to grow with us. This is a part-time position (~24 hours per week to start) with a clear pathway to full-time status and benefits. We are intentionally seeking someone who is looking for a long-term professional home — not just their next position. About the Role

This position blends comprehensive wellness medicine with aesthetic services. You will take ownership of our expanding wellness program while either bringing aesthetic experience — or developing it with our support. We are happy to train the right provider in aesthetics. What matters most to us is clinical integrity, strong communication skills, and a genuine desire to build something meaningful over time.

Wellness Responsibilities

• GLP-1 prescribing and medical weight management
• Hormone Replacement Therapy (including pellet placement and alternative methods)
• Comprehensive lab ordering, interpretation, and individualized treatment planning
• Supplement direction and protocol development
• Ongoing patient monitoring and follow-up care

We are passionate about helping patients feel better from the inside out and are looking for a provider who shares that mindset.

Aesthetic Responsibilities

• Thorough consultations and treatment planning
• Injectables (neuromodulators, fillers, biostimulators)
• Laser treatments and energy-based devices
• Sclerotherapy
• Microneedling / RF microneedling
• Chemical peels
• Ultherapy
• Additional devices as we continue to grow

Aesthetic experience is preferred but not required.We are willing to invest in training for the right candidate who is committed to growing in this field long-term.

Clinical & Compliance Expectations

• Perform Good Faith Exams
• Maintain accurate, compliant documentation
• Uphold high safety and ethical standards
• Collaborate with our team to continually elevate patient experience

Qualifications

• Active and unrestricted Nurse Practitioner license
• Active DEA license
• Prescriptive authority (including GLP-1 medications)
• Strong clinical foundation and sound judgment
• Flexible availability, including occasional late afternoons/early evenings
