Aesthetic Sales Executive - Regenerative Medicine

Job Description
Our growing company is looking to hire entrepreneurial-minded teammates to be part of a rapidly growing aesthetic regenerative business. This person will be responsible for product education, training, acceptance, and growth in medical spas and aesthetic practices. The Sales Executive provides technical product and procedure expertise as well as competitive product differentiation. Assigned sales goals are obtained through creative, consultative selling and implementation of the Sales/Marketing plan. Compensation package includes base salary, car allowance, benefits, and (uncapped) commission on every sale.

Overnight Travel: 20-40% (Depends on geography and customer targets/locations)
Job Level: Experienced (5+ years)
Key Responsibilities
- Leverage the company’s resources to enhance adoption of our product
- Complies with required reports, requests, and compliance policies
- Effectively manages field assets and resources to include, but not limited to, expense management, iPad/ laptop and other allocated equipment
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or higher required
- Must have current HCP relationships in the Medspa, Dermatology, and Plastic Surgery aesthetic space.
- 5+ years of proven successful aesthetic sales experience
- Experience and knowledge of general marketing principles and concepts within the aesthetic healthcare arena
- Experience and knowledge of inner workings of a physician's practice
- Valid driver’s license
