RN, Aesthetic Injector

Position Overview

Our Med Spa is seeking a motivated, growth-oriented Registered Nurse (RN) Aesthetic Injector who is passionate about aesthetics, exceptional patient care, and contributing to the continued growth of a modern, patient-centered medical aesthetics practice.

Core Responsibilities

Clinical & Treatment Responsibilities

• Perform aesthetic injectable treatments, including neuromodulators and dermal fillers, in accordance with New York State regulations and our clinical protocols
• Conduct comprehensive consultations and facial assessments to create customized, ethical, and long-term treatment plans
• Educate patients on treatment options, expected outcomes, risks, aftercare, and maintenance planning
• Maintain accurate, timely, and compliant clinical documentation, including consents, SOAP notes, and photo documentation
• Uphold the highest standards of patient safety, infection control, and clinical excellence

Patient Experience & Relationship Building

• Deliver a consistent 5-star patient experience that builds trust, confidence, and long-term loyalty
• Build, manage, and grow a personal patient base through relationship-driven care, follow-up, and proactive rebooking
• Encourage continuity of care through personalized treatment planning and future scheduling
• Serve as a warm, knowledgeable, and confident point of contact for patients throughout their aesthetic journey

Practice Growth & Revenue Contribution

• Demonstrate a strong desire to grow both personal and practice-wide revenue through ethical recommendations and patient education
• Confidently recommend and retail medical-grade skincare, devices, and aesthetic services — including treatments not personally performed — in alignment with patient goals
• Educate patients on and actively support membership programs, packages, and long-term treatment plans
• Participate in grassroots growth initiatives, including:
  
  • Building and maintaining a professional social media presence
  • Supporting in-clinic promotions, events, and patient appreciation initiatives
  • Community outreach, referrals, and relationship-based growth efforts
• Understand individual performance metrics and contribute to shared clinic goals

Marketing, Branding & Social Presence

• Collaborate with leadership on content ideas, promotions, and patient engagement strategies
• Maintain a social media presence aligned with brand standards, professionalism, and compliance guidelines
• Participate in content creation, education-based posts, and service promotion when appropriate

Professional Collaboration & Culture

• Bring a positive, reliable, and team-first attitude to the workplace
• Collaborate closely with fellow providers, aestheticians, front desk staff, and leadership
• Operate comfortably and independently within the clinic environment, including EMR documentation and supporting patient flow as needed
• Participate in trainings, team meetings, and ongoing professional development
• Demonstrate accountability, strong work ethic, and professionalism at all times
• Uphold our values, policies, and professional standards

Qualifications & Requirements

• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in New York State, in good standing
• Prior experience with aesthetic injectables preferred
  
  • New injectors will be considered with a structured training and mentorship pathway, including a training clause contract
• Strong consultation, communication, and interpersonal skills
• Confidence educating patients and recommending comprehensive treatment plans
• Comfortable working independently in a fast-paced aesthetic practice
• Experience using an electronic medical record (EMR) preferred
• Self-starter mentality with a desire to grow, learn, and succeed in a performance-driven environment
