Our practice is seeking an experienced, relationship-driven Registered Nurse to join our growing Longevity & Aesthetics team across our Katy and Galleria locations.
This is not a traditional high-volume injector role. While aesthetic injection experience is important, we are looking for an RN who excels at building trusted relationships, educating clients, conducting thoughtful consultations, and developing personalized treatment recommendations that support both aesthetic and overall wellness goals.
The RN will provide aesthetic injectable treatments and IV therapy while working collaboratively with our physicians, advanced practice providers, estheticians, and concierge team. The ideal candidate is confident discussing treatment options, recognizing opportunities to support a client’s broader goals, and creating an exceptional experience from consultation through follow-up.
Our practice is a physician-led practice offering an integrated approach to longevity and aesthetics, including hormone optimization, metabolic health, longevity testing, pelvic and intimate wellness, advanced aesthetics, laser treatments, injectables, and IV therapy.
This is a full-time position supporting both our Katy and Galleria locations, primarily Monday through Friday, with flexibility for occasional events and training as the practice continues to grow.
Compensation starts at $45/hour, based on experience and qualifications, plus structured performance incentives and comprehensive benefits.

Key Responsibilities
- Conduct thoughtful consultations, educate clients, and develop individualized treatment recommendations
- Provide aesthetic injectable treatments with a personalized, results-focused approach
- Build trusted, long-term client relationships and recognize opportunities to support broader aesthetic and wellness goals
- Administer IV therapy and support longevity and wellness services
- Collaborate with physicians, advanced practice providers, estheticians, and concierge team members
- Deliver exceptional care through attentive follow-up, clinical excellence, and a consistently elevated client experience
Qualifications
- Current, unrestricted Texas RN license and current BLS certification
- 3+ years of hands-on aesthetic injectable experience, including neurotoxins and dermal fillers, strongly preferred
- Exceptional consultation, communication, patient education, and relationship-building skills
- Hands-on IV therapy experience required; phlebotomy experience preferred
- Demonstrated ability to build client trust, develop comprehensive treatment recommendations, and contribute to practice growth
- Ability to work at both Katy and Galleria locations with a commitment to continued learning and professional development
