Aesthetic Provider (NP)
Job Info
Job Description
We are a fast-growing, high-end aesthetics and wellness practice in Lodi, California, known for ethical care, refined results, and deep patient relationships. Our practice blends advanced injectables, lasers, and hormone optimization in a truly comprehensive, one-stop-shop model.
We are seeking an experienced Nurse Practitioner to join our clinical team and serve as a working provider—someone who thrives in a busy, patient-forward environment and values quality, consistency, and long-term impact over volume-driven medicine.
This is a high-impact role for an NP who wants to see patients consistently, build their own patient base, and contribute meaningfully to a growing practice.
Full-time availability is strongly preferred, though we are open to a highly qualified part-time candidate with consistent availability who is interested in growing into a full-time role.
Compensation & Benefits
- Competitive base pay, dependent on skill set and scope (aesthetics-only vs. aesthetics + hormones)
- Incentive opportunities structured in a legally compliant manner
- Health, dental, and vision insurance
- 401(k) with employer match
- Benefits eligibility after 90 days
- Skincare discounts and in-office service allowances after 90 days
Compensation structure is flexible and will be discussed based on experience and capabilities.

- Established, profitable, and rapidly growing practice
- Loyal patient base and strong community reputation
- Ethical, compliance-forward culture

If you’re looking for a place to truly invest your skills, build relationships, and grow long-term, we’d love to connect!
