We are seeking a high-performing Medical Spa Practice Manager to lead the operational, financial, and team
performance of a growing, multi-service aesthetic practice. This is a leadership role focused on execution—
owning day-to-day operations, driving revenue growth, optimizing provider productivity, and implementing
systems that create consistency and scale.
The ideal candidate is both strategic and hands-on: comfortable managing people, metrics, and processes
while maintaining a luxury patient experience. Responsibilities include overseeing scheduling efficiency,
retail and treatment sales performance, inventory management, marketing coordination, KPI tracking, and
team accountability. This role will work closely with physician leadership and department heads to align the
medical spa with the broader vision of the practice.
Candidates should have prior experience managing a high-end medical spa or aesthetic practice, a strong
understanding of cosmetic treatments and retail products, and a proven track record of improving revenue
and operational performance. Leadership presence, attention to detail, and the ability to implement
structure and accountability are essential.
