Part-Time Aesthetic Nurse Practitioner / Physician Assistant
Orange County, CA
We are a well-established facial plastic surgery and aesthetic practice seeking an experienced Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join our growing team.
Our ideal candidate has a passion for facial aesthetics, exceptional patient care, and the artistic eye to deliver beautiful, natural-looking results. We are specifically seeking a provider with at least two years of experience in a medical spa, dermatology or facial plastic surgery practice, with a strong emphasis on dermal fillers, while also being proficient in neuromodulators and other aesthetic treatments.
What We’re Looking For
- Active California NP or PA license
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a medical spa, dermatology or facial plastic surgery practice
- Advanced expertise in dermal fillers
- Experience with neurotoxins and other aesthetic treatments
- Excellent consultation and patient communication skills
- Comfortable creating educational content, filming for social media, and representing the practice on camera
- An established social media presence or personal brand is highly desirable
- Passion for continued education, facial aesthetics, and delivering exceptional patient outcomes
- Professional, dependable, team-oriented, and committed to maintaining a positive, drama-free workplace

Key Responsibilities
- Perform comprehensive aesthetic consultations and develop individualized treatment plans based on each patient’s anatomy, goals, and needs
- Perform advanced dermal filler injections, with a strong focus on facial balancing, rejuvenation, and natural-looking results
- Educate patients regarding treatment options, realistic expectations, pre- and post-treatment care, and ongoing aesthetic maintenance
- Maintain accurate, thorough, and timely clinical documentation and treatment photography
- Follow all practice protocols, clinical standards, safety procedures, and regulatory requirements
Qualifications
- Active California NP or PA license
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a medical spa, Dermatology or facial plastic surgery practice
- Advanced expertise in dermal filler
- Maintain a professional, collaborative, positive, and drama-free team environment
- Represent the practice and its brand professionally both in-office and on social media
