Who You Are
Experienced (Preferred): 2+ years of hands-on neurotoxin and dermal filler experience is ideal. The "Right Fit" (Alternative): Less experience? If you possess obsessive attention to detail, a flawless eye for natural results, and an unstoppable drive to learn, we will train the right person. Patient-Centric: You don't just inject; you curate an exceptional, luxury patient experience.

Key Responsibilities
- Perform neurotoxin (Botox/Dysport/Jeuveau) and dermal filler injections with precision, artistry, and an eye for natural, balanced results
- Conduct thorough consultations to assess patient goals and build customized treatment plans that guide them toward their best results — not just a single service, but a full aesthetic roadmap
- Confidently educate patients on the full range of options available to them, including complementary treatments, so they always understand how to reach their goals
- Guide patients through future treatment planning and rebooking, helping them see the value of a consistent aesthetic routine
- Maintain accurate documentation and a clean, safe, luxury-standard treatment room
- BONUS POINTS IF YOU ARE: comfortable recommending treatment upgrades or add-ons when clinically appropriate and genuinely beneficial to the patientBring an entrepreneurial mindset - you see your chair as your own business within the business
Qualifications
- Active RN, NP or PA license in the state of Arizona (required)
- Minimum 1–2 years of hands-on neurotoxin and dermal filler injection experience (required)
- Strong understanding of facial anatomy with a refined, natural aesthetic eye
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to build trust quickly and guide patients through treatment decisions
- A polished, professional presence that reflects a luxury patient experience
