Aesthetic Nurse Injector (RN / NP / PA)
Full-Time · The Colony, TX
We are a physician-led aesthetic and wellness practice in The Colony looking for an experienced Aesthetic Nurse Injector (RN, NP, or PA) with an established patient following and strong aesthetic presence.
This is a high-growth, high-demand role designed for an injector who is already producing and ready to scale.
NOT a training role. Minimum 3–5 years aesthetic injecting experience required.

Who We Want

Compensation & Benefits
Estimated Annual Earnings: $125,000–$150,000+
(Uncapped commission + performance incentives)

Schedule
Full-time (up to 40 hrs/week)
Evenings + Saturdays required

Key Responsibilities
- Own the aesthetic consultation process with full-face analysis, high-level treatment planning, and strong case acceptance rates
- Perform advanced neurotoxin and dermal filler injections with elite precision, safety, and consistent high-end aesthetic outcomes
- Build long-term, multi-visit treatment strategies designed to maximize patient lifetime value and retention
- Drive treatment acceptance by confidently integrating injectables, devices, lasers, and skincare into comprehensive aesthetic plans
- Maintain meticulous, compliant documentation and patient tracking in Zenoti with a focus on continuity of care and rebooking
- Partner directly with physician leadership to refine protocols, elevate outcomes, and contribute to the growth of a high-performance aesthetic practice
Qualifications
- Active Texas RN, NP, or PA license in good standing
- Minimum 3–5 years of hands-on aesthetic injecting experience in a medical spa or physician-led practice
- Proven expertise in neurotoxins and dermal fillers across full-face treatment areas (lips, cheeks, jawline, etc.)
- Active social media presence showcasing your own aesthetic work (portfolio required)
- Established patient following or book of business with demonstrated retention and repeat clients
- Strong consultation and conversion skills with a track record of building long-term patient relationships
