Position Overview
We are seeking a skilled, licensed Medical Spa Laser Nurse (RN) to join our team. This is a full-time, in-person position ideal for a Registered Nurse passionate about aesthetics and patient care. You will perform a variety of non-invasive treatments including laser hair removal, skin resurfacing, microneedling, scar treatments, Hydrafacials, and more. Training will be provided for the right candidate with a strong foundation in patient care and a willingness to grow in the field of aesthetic medicine.
Primary Responsibilities
Patient Care & Clinical Duties
- Conduct thorough patient consultations to assess aesthetic goals and ensure candidacy for treatments
- Provide safe, effective treatments using energy-based devices (e.g., laser hair removal, skin rejuvenation, vascular and pigment treatments)
- Perform laser, microneedling, Hydrafacials, dermaplaning, and other Med Spa services
- Educate patients on pre- and post-treatment care, skincare regimens, and product recommendations
- Maintain detailed, compliant EMR documentation including consent forms, treatment notes, and photographs
- Maintain all treatment rooms, equipment, and supplies in accordance with safety standards and infection control policies
- Provide exceptional support and education to patients throughout their treatment journey
Team Collaboration & Growth
- Collaborate closely with the MD’s, MedSpa Director, APRN Injector, and surgical team to create comprehensive treatment plans
- Support the team with social media content, promotional ideas, and patient education materials
- Stay up to date on new aesthetic technologies, trends, and techniques
Required Qualifications
- Current Connecticut RN license (required)
- BLS and ACLS certifications (required)
- Minimum 1–2 years RN experience (aesthetics, dermatology, or laser preferred but not required)
- Previous experience operating energy-based devices a plus (we will train the right candidate)
- Passion for skincare, beauty, and patient-centered care
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Detail-oriented, dependable, and professional demeanor
- Experience with EMR systems (Nextech preferred)

Compensation & Benefits
Starting salary: From $75,000 annually (commensurate with experience) + tiered commission structure
