For over 20 years, our board-certified and internationally recognized dermatologist, has led our practice in delivering cutting-edge, results-driven aesthetic and medical treatments. Our practice is rooted in science and medicine first, ensuring optimal outcomes in a safe, controlled clinical environment.

We are seeking a licensed Aesthetic Injector (RN, PA, or NP) with formal medical training and hands-on injectable experience to join our growing team.

This role offers a unique opportunity to work closely with our physician while also developing autonomy as a lead injector. We are so excited to get to add a new team member!

• 1 day per week shadowing and supporting the Dr. in clinic (Special Offer Day: $10/unit Tuesday)
• 2-4 days per week serving as Lead Injector in our East Cobb location
• Opportunity to transition into a full-time position based on patient retention, performance, and practice growth within 3 months.
• Active marketing investment: We are actively investing in strategic marketing initiatives to drive new patient flow and support provider book growth.

Responsibilities

• Perform advanced aesthetic injections, including:
• Neuromodulators (multiple “Tox” techniques)
• Dermal fillers (Juvéderm, Restylane, Radiesse, etc)
• Conduct thorough patient consultations and create individualized treatment plans
• Maintain meticulous documentation and adhere to all medical and safety protocols
• Educate patients on treatment options, outcomes, and post-care
• Willing to recommend beyond injectables (ie, lasers, surgery, and spa services)
• Uphold the highest standards of professionalism, patient care, and ethical practice

Qualifications

• Active Georgia license as RN, PA, or NP
• Formal aesthetic injectable training or hands on experience required
• Proven experience with:
  
  • Neuromodulators (varied techniques preferred)
  • Dermal fillers (Juvederm, Restylane, Radiesse)

• Strong understanding of facial anatomy and aesthetic balance
• Excellent communication and patient relationship skills
• Ability to work independently while collaborating with a physician-led team

Compensation

• Year one includes a guaranteed base salary to support a strong and confident ramp-up. After the first year, the position moves to a commission-based model aligned with production and long-term earning potential.
