Aesthetic Injector, RN / NP / PA | $5,000 Bonus

Ourpractice is hiring an experienced Aesthetic Injector to join our luxury med spa and integrative wellness practice in the Bee Cave / West Austin area.

This role is ideal for an RN, NP, or PA who is confident with consultations, treatment planning, injectable treatments, patient education, and long-term patient retention. We are looking for a polished, clinically sound provider who wants to grow with a premium brand and deliver refined, natural-looking results.

Compensation

- $45 to $65+ per hour based on experience

- Commission and bonus opportunities

- Estimated full-time annualized compensation: $90,000 to $225,000+

- Established injectors with a strong patient book, proven production, patient retention, or transferable demand may be considered for advanced compensation opportunities

- Final compensation and bonus terms are based on license, experience, availability, production, retention, and written offer details

Schedule

- 3 to 4 days per week available

- Full-time preferred

- Some evening, weekend, or peak demand availability may be requested

- Customized schedule may be considered for established providers with documented demand

About the Role

At our practice, we focus on elevated aesthetics, thoughtful treatment planning, and a boutique patient experience. We are looking for a provider who can combine clinical judgment, artistry, safety, and strong communication.

You will perform consultations, create personalized treatment plans, provide injectable services, recommend appropriate skincare and complementary treatments, and help build long-term patient relationships.
