Job Description
Our practice is seeking a passionate, experienced, and patient-focused Aesthetic Nurse to join our growing luxury medical spa team. The ideal candidate is dedicated to delivering exceptional patient care, achieving outstanding aesthetic outcomes, and building lasting client relationships.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct patient consultations and assist in developing customized treatment plans
- Perform aesthetic treatments within scope of practice, including neurotoxins, dermal fillers, skincare treatments, and wellness services
- Educate patients on treatment options, expected results, and post-treatment care
- Maintain accurate and compliant medical documentation
- Deliver an exceptional patient experience that promotes retention and referrals
- Actively participate in patient acquisition efforts through networking, community outreach, and social media engagement
- Collaborate with providers and team members to ensure the highest standard of care
- Stay current on industry trends, products, and treatment techniques
Qualifications:
- Current Registered Nurse (RN) license in the State of Illinois
- Previous experience in aesthetics, cosmetic injectables, or medical spa services preferred
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong customer service and relationship-building abilities
- Self-motivated, professional, and goal-oriented
- Passion for aesthetics, wellness, and continuous learning

Key Responsibilities
- Build and maintain a loyal patient base through exceptional service, patient education, and relationship management.
- Meet individual revenue and performance goals by promoting appropriate treatment plans, memberships, and retail products.
- Perform aesthetic consultations and treatments within scope of practice, ensuring safe and effective patient outcomes.
- Create and participate in marketing initiatives, social media content, community events, and patient referral programs to drive new client acquisition.
- Maintain accurate medical documentation, uphold compliance standards, and collaborate with the clinical team to deliver an outstanding patient experience.
Qualifications
- Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in the State of Illinois.
- Minimum of 1–2 years of experience in aesthetic medicine, cosmetic injectables, dermatology, plastic surgery, or a related specialty preferred.
- Strong consultation, communication, and patient relationship-building skills.
- Proven ability to generate revenue through patient retention, treatment plan conversions, retail sales, and new client acquisition.
- Self-motivated, professional, and committed to ongoing education in aesthetic and wellness treatments.
