Aesthetic Injector

Our MedSpa, Charlotte’s first MedSpa, is an established, physician-led aesthetic practice known for personalized care, natural-looking results, and a long-standing reputation for excellence.

We are seeking an experienced Aesthetic Injector who is passionate about the aesthetics industry, building long-term patient relationships, and providing exceptional results.

The ideal candidate is self-motivated, clinically skilled, and committed to delivering an elevated patient experience from consultation through follow-up. This person has a strong foundation in neurotoxins and dermal fillers, excellent communication skills, and a genuine passion for helping patients look and feel their best.

What You’ll Do

• Perform aesthetic consultations and deliver individualized treatment plans based on patient goals, anatomy, and clinical assessment
• Administer neurotoxins, dermal fillers, and other aesthetic treatments with precision and a strong emphasis on safety and natural-looking results
• Educate patients on treatment options, expectations, and pre- and post-care instructions
• Build strong patient relationships through excellent service, professionalism, and follow-up care
• Maintain thorough and accurate charting, photography, and clinical documentation
• Collaborate closely with the Medical Director and team to ensure a high standard of patient care
• Stay current on aesthetic techniques, products, and industry advancements
• Support social media content efforts through treatment education, before-and-after content, and provider insight

Qualifications

• Current and active North Carolina RN or NP license required
• Minimum 2 years of aesthetic injecting experience required
• Proficiency in administering neurotoxins and dermal fillers
• Demonstrated expertise in product selection, facial assessment, and treatment planning
• Excellent interpersonal and consultation skills
• Strong clinical judgment and attention to detail
• Professional, team-oriented, and patient-first mindset
• Experience with RF microneedling, laser treatments, body contouring, or women’s health is a plus
