Aesthetic Nurse Practitioner / Physician Assistant/ MD
(Medical Injector)
Location: Philadelphia, PA & Main Line, PA
A well-established, luxury medical aesthetics and wellness practice is seeking an experienced Nurse Practitioner (NP) or Physician Assistant (PA) to join its growing team. Position Overview
The ideal candidate is a polished, patient-centric provider with exceptional communication skills and a proven track record performing cosmetic injectable treatments. Providers with experience or interest in integrative wellness services such as hormone optimization, weight management, gut health, thyroid support, or peptide therapy are encouraged to apply.
Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive patient consultations, including medical history review, treatment planning, informed consent, and patient education
- Perform cosmetic injectable treatments, including neurotoxins and dermal fillers
- Deliver exceptional patient care and customer service throughout the treatment journey
- Maintain accurate and thorough medical documentation
- Stay current on industry trends, products, and treatment techniques through continuing education
- Learn and implement practice-specific protocols and treatment philosophies
- Collaborate with clinical and administrative team members to ensure a seamless patient experience
- Maintain treatment room cleanliness, organization, and inventory management
- Ensure compliance with HIPAA regulations and all applicable state laws and safety standards
Qualifications
- Active Pennsylvania Nurse Practitioner (NP) or Physician Assistant (PA) license
- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience administering cosmetic injectables
- Strong experience with neurotoxins and dermal fillers
- Existing patient following or client base preferred
- Passion for aesthetics and delivering natural, conservative results
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and consultation skills
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
- Strong customer service mindset and commitment to patient satisfaction
