Aesthetic Injector (NP, PA, or RN) – Luxury Medical Aesthetics
Position Overview
A premier, luxury medical aesthetics practice is seeking an experienced Aesthetic Injector (NP, PA, or RN) with a refined aesthetic eye and a proven ability to build and retain clientele. Key Responsibilities
Patient Care & Treatment Delivery
- Perform advanced injectable treatments including neuromodulators (Botox®, Dysport®), biostimulators (Sculptra®), and dermal fillers
- Conduct comprehensive consultations and develop customized treatment plans
- Deliver natural, balanced aesthetic outcomes aligned with practice standards
- Maintain the highest standards of safety, sanitation, and clinical excellence
- Complete accurate and compliant charting/documentation
Client Experience & Retention
- Build and maintain a loyal, returning client base
- Educate patients on treatment options and long-term aesthetic planning
- Provide an elevated experience from consultation through follow-up care
- Manage post-treatment communication and patient satisfaction
- Assist with front desk operations as needed, including scheduling, patient flow, and check-in/check-out processes
Sales & Performance
- Meet and exceed individual production and revenue goals
- Convert consultations into treatments with strong close rates
- Recommend appropriate treatment plans, memberships, and service packages
- Drive retail sales through thoughtful, consultative recommendations
Marketing & Growth
- Participate in marketing initiatives, events, and content creation
- Collaborate with leadership on patient acquisition strategies
- Leverage marketing support to grow and maintain a thriving patient base
- Maintain a professional social media presence and participate in educational and promotional content
Team & Professional Development
- Uphold a high standard of professionalism and patient care
- Participate in ongoing education and advanced injector training
- Maintain treatment room standards and clinic protocols
- Contribute positively to a collaborative, team-oriented culture
Qualifications
- Active Nurse Practitioner (NP), Physician Assistant (PA), or Registered Nurse (RN) license in Georgia
- Minimum 2+ years of hands-on aesthetic injecting experience required
- Demonstrated proficiency performing neuromodulator, biostimulator, and dermal filler treatments independently
- Strong understanding of facial anatomy and aesthetic balance
- Proven ability to build, grow, and retain a client base
- Excellent communication, consultation, and sales skills
- Patient-focused approach with strong business acumen
- Experience with EMR systems (Boulevard experience preferred)
Schedule
- Full-time or part-time opportunities available
- Availability for select Saturdays based on patient demand
Compensation & Benefits
Compensation includes a competitive base plus performance-based commission and incentive opportunities. The compensation structure is flexible and will be discussed in detail during the interview process.
