We are hiring a skilled aesthetic injector to join our growing clinical team.

This role is best suited for a motivated RN or Nurse Practitioner with aesthetic experience who wants to grow inside a high-standard, education-driven, luxury medical aesthetics practice. We are looking for a provider who is clinically thoughtful, confident with patients, excited by continued learning, and ready to contribute meaningfully to practice growth.

We are a nationally recognized medical spa in downtown Glen Ellyn, Illinois, known for comprehensive facial rejuvenation, advanced injectables, energy-based treatments, regenerative aesthetics, and patient education. Our practice combines clinical excellence, refined patient experience, and a strong commitment to provider development.

Our founder is a national trainer for Merz Aesthetics and Rohrer Aesthetics, and our practice is a Center for Excellence for iLaser1940. Through our Academy, we also provide structured aesthetic education for providers seeking advanced clinical development.

Responsibilities include:

• Providing aesthetic consultations and treatment planning
• Performing injectable treatments, including neuromodulators and dermal fillers
• Performing or training toward biostimulation, regenerative treatments, laser and energy-based treatments, and advanced aesthetic procedures as appropriate
• Building and maintaining strong patient relationships
• Educating patients clearly and ethically on treatment options
• Maintaining accurate documentation and charting
• Following all clinical protocols, safety standards, and compliance requirements
• Participating in continued training, clinical review, and team education
• Contributing to the culture, reputation, and growth of our practice

Ideal qualifications:

• Active Illinois RN or Nurse Practitioner license
• Prior aesthetic injecting experience required
• Strong consultation and treatment planning skills
• Ability to build and maintain patient relationships
• Comfort with full-face aesthetic planning
• Interest in advanced injectables, regenerative aesthetics, lasers, and energy-based devices
• Professional, polished communication style
• High attention to detail
• Strong clinical judgment and commitment to patient safety
• Desire to grow within a respected, high-performing aesthetic practice
  

Compensation and Benefits:

This position offers a competitive hourly base plus and uncapped bonus structure. There is no upper limit to earning potential. Compensation is designed to reward clinical skill, productivity, patient retention, and contribution to practice growth.
